"Disgraceful representation. Premiums have risen by over 30% every six months in the past year and a half. Called last week for a quote on an additional car for my daughter. Quoted one price. Called back, several weeks later, no work done but wouldn't stand by quote because it "had been a while". Understood. Called last week. Said he'd get back. No return call. Called back today. Quoted a price %20 higher, but agreed. Two hours later they called back, said they couldn't honor the previous quote because the quote was more than three days old. New quote was %50 higher. Cannot trust. Careless, and delinquent correspondence. Asked for procedure on roof replacement. Forwarded me a list of names BUT FROM ANOTHER CUSTOMERS PERSONAL EMAIL. I got a full name and email of other customer. Privacy violation for sure."
